Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Carriers
We ship by FedEx or Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service), depending on the destination. Orders to the European Union are shipped by FedEx.

Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes around 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country, customs clearance and other circumstances.

Tracking
We send you a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can track your package with that number on the FedEx or Japan Post website, depending on the carrier used for your order.

Customs Fees and Import Duties
For orders shipped to the United States, applicable customs duties are included in the product/order price.

For orders shipped to the European Union, prices include VAT, and any customs duties are paid by us. There are no additional charges on delivery.

For orders shipped to other countries or regions, all applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
