Returns and Refunds

14-Day Returns
Wherever you live, you may return items within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

How to Return
1. Contact us at info@omamorijapan.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers in the EU and UK may also use the "Withdraw from contract" link in our website footer.
2. Send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
3. Items should be unused and in their original condition, with the omamori pouch still sealed. If a returned item has been used, opened or damaged, we may deduct an amount reflecting its loss in value.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged item.

Refunds
We will refund your payment to your original payment method no later than 14 days after you notify us of your return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or you have provided proof that you have sent it. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the refund includes the original standard delivery cost. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships by contacting us at info@omamorijapan.com. After shipment, please follow the return process above.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will offer a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping cost.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

Customs duties, import taxes and related fees are handled according to our Shipping Policy.
