Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect orders, or refusal of delivery.

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@omamorijapan.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so that we can review the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will determine whether a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution is available.

Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error, a defective item, or a damaged item, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

For any approved return not caused by our error, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
